Please contact us at https://help.grdc.com.au/hc/en-gb/requests/new, while we have been notified, we will not have any of your contact information to be able to get back to you.
Usually this is caused by an inactive user that already exists in our system with the same email address. If you are provided with an invitation code, please see 'What do I do with an invitation code?'.
