I never received a confirmation email when registering for the portal

Please first see Why doesn't 'Apply for Funding' (and other navigation) appear in the portal? to ensure you have been sent a confirmation email.

The most common cause of confirmation emails going missing is their delivery to your Junk Mail or Spam folder; please check for an email from support@grdc.com.au with the subject line "Confirm your account".

If you still do not receive an email, or if you receive an error message, please tick the boxes on your Profile page to allow us to contact you via email.

Once you have ticked the box, you can re-send the confirmation email. This is a current bug in the way the system is set up and will be rectified in a later release.

Once you have confirmed your email, you can reset your preferences.
