Guide: Change Requests and Variations in the Portal

1.    

Navigate to the Grains Investment Portal

Choose your browser and type the following URL:   

https://access.grdc.com.au/

Register for the portal or Login using your Grains Investment Portal credentials.

Select Contract Change Request

From your dashboard select ‘submit variation requests’.

Create a New Change Request

Click on the button at the bottom of the page to create a contract variation request

Populate the record

Begin populating all mandatory fields, these are designated with a red asterisk (*). Using the checkbox indicate whether the variation falls under scope/personnel changes or budget/funding changes. Hit Save and Next

  

5.    

Detail the Variation

If it is a financial variation you will be presented with the following options

  

Fill in all mandatory fields and select ‘Save and Next’

  

6.    

Detail the Variation

If it is a scope/personnel variation you will be presented with the following options. Fill in all mandatory fields and click save and next.

7.    

Submit the Variation

To submit the variation click the privacy policy button, and submit change request. If you wish to save as a draft select the save change request as draft option.

The change request will now be received by the contract manager, who will resubmit if more specification is needed, approve or reject the variation request.
